ShotBetter is a photography-coaching app. This policy explains how the current PCC-default version of ShotBetter handles information.

Photos and PCC reviews

When you choose a photo for a review, the app sends the prepared photo from your device to Apple Private Cloud Compute (PCC) to generate the review. ShotBetter does not receive, retain, or store the photo on its own servers for this PCC review path. Apple's handling of PCC requests is governed by Apple's privacy information.

Information stored on your device

ShotBetter stores your review history, review-feedback choices, and app settings locally on your device so the app can show your past reviews and remember your preferences. You can remove this local information by deleting the app from your device.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

ShotBetter does not use third-party advertising, does not sell personal information, and does not track you across apps or websites. The current PCC-default app does not send product-analytics events to ShotBetter.

Support

If you email support@shotbetter.app, we use the information in your message only to respond to and resolve your request. Please do not email original photos unless we specifically ask you to do so for support. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the same address.

Children's privacy

ShotBetter is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If ShotBetter's data practices change, we will update this page before or when the relevant app update is released.
